Preferred Submission Formatting (For Participating Authors)

To keep editing and production consistent across the anthology, all authors should submit their story drafts using the following formatting:

Accepted File Types:

  • Microsoft Word (.docx) — strongly preferred and recommended

  • Google Doc (with “Anyone with the link can comment” permissions)

  • RTF or TXT only if Word/Google Docs are not possible

Manuscript Formatting:

  • 12 pt Times New Roman or Georgia

  • Double-spaced

  • 1-inch margins

  • First-line paragraph indents

  • Include author name and story title on the first page

  • Optional: page numbers in footer

This ensures a clean editorial workflow and smooth import into production software (Vellum, Affinity, Wix PDF builder, InDesign, etc.).
